Seriously, who doesn’t love a great roller coaster ride? The ups, the downs, the twists and turns, the slow climbs and the sudden drops.
Well buckle up boys and girls… part II of the Road to 90 Trauma Ride is about to begin.
Ugly as it’s been all year, things will improve quickly. Carmona, Talbot and Shin-Soo Choo are on the DL. But Jeanmar Gomez and either McAllister or Huff will take the pill to the mound, and Carrera will cover the outfield. Chisenhall should also be back tonight, and Alex White is not far behind.
My prediction for the remainder of July is – as always – scarier than a bungee jump off the Terminal Tower. I am calling for an 11-6 record over the next 17 games (assuming no rain outs)! That will get us to 58 wins out of 106 games, with 56 to go. Do the math… it’s gonna be a thrill ride.
Go Tribe!
